Perfect as a blues pickup, the P58 has loads of output, similar to a P-90, only not muddy. Loaded with an Alnico magnet and two steel bars makes it a perfect lead pickup with a nice smooth distortion and low fidelity. Like the P-90, this is not a "Bright" pickup, but played through an old deluxe or vibroverb amp your guitar will have a voice that is really unique.
