Dons Music City on-line No Hassle Return Policy*
At Don's Music City on-line store (donsmusiccity.com and shop.donsmusiccity.com) we offer a no hassle 14 day return policy. If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase from our online web store, you may return most items for a refund. Items may be returned if received within 14 days from invoice date for refund (less a 20% restocking fee). Items may be exchanged with restocking fee waived. Items must be in original new condition with all materials, paperwork, and accessories intact. Items that are worn, or are not in new condition but are in proper working order may be deducted up to a maximum of 30% at our discretion. Items that are abused, broken, or damaged may not be returned (this does not apply to shipping damage claims, defective, or malfunctioned / warranty items).

Shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable for any reason. All items shipped are first quality factory new unless VERY clearly stated in product title. If you receive an item that you feel is defective, you may return for inspection. If upon inspection it is deemed defective, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.


To Return at item purchased from Don's Music City Online Web Store:
Call 336 275 3029 or email us at return[at]donsmusiccity.com with your invoice number, stock number of return item(s), name, address, phone number, and reason for return. Our Customer Service Manager will process the request for RTV#. Upon receiving your RTV#, package your item securely utilizing the proper container, and write the RTV# on the box in big bold letters. Ship it back to us via the carrier of your choice.

Remember you are the shipper and it is your responsibility to properly package and insure the item. If an Item is damaged in transit back to us, we can not accept it for return. It will be up to you to file a damage claim with the shipper you contracted. If an item arrives without an RTV#, delivery will not be accepted.

Allow 2 weeks (from delivery at our location) for returns to be inspected, restocked, and processed for refund. Refunds take up to four days for it to show up on your credit card once processed, or 1-2 weeks.

*This return policy is in effect and pertains to purchases made at donsmusiccity.com and shop.donsmusiccity.com, our on-line web store. Items purchased at any Don's Music City retail brick and mortar store are subject to the return policies of the individual store and must be returned to the store at which the item was purchased.
